Ashford Netball League's celebrated its 60th anniversary and the 10th annual Nicky Northwood Tournament with all proceeds donated to Breast Cancer Now.
The day included Traditional and Mixed Netball with a 'Bring a Bloke' theme with registration at 9.15am for matches to begin at 10am. There will be a pub style netball quiz for all to enter, with points from the quiz contributing to final netball scores!
To celebrate our 60 years photos of teams past and present were displayed around the venue.
A raffle was conducted with local businesses donating prizes, as well as each team also donating something special on the day.
Food and drink was available, served by our lovely volunteers. The weather was kind which meant our very own Mr Whippy popped by to refresh players and spectators on the day.
Local companies donated garden games.
